What do membership fees cover
Relative Humanity is a for-profit business with a mission to support non-profit organizations and ethical, just business practices. We made this choice because we want to maximize our profits in a way that gives us the flexibility and pivoting power that being independent allows. For every Member, the membership benefits include a mandatory one-one DEIS Assessment for the business and for Program Members, a small group seminar on the importance of Inclusion in business practices. The benefits are designed to assist different levels of business operations with good quality programs intended to support inclusive business practices. Relative Humanity LLC will use profits to support a local community program or activity and as we grow we propose to find national and then international programs to support.
We Encourage Community Feedback
We listen to members of the community and give them the opportunity to tell us about their experience at a Relative Humanity business member site. We want to hear from you, whether you want to shower them with accolades or detail a violation of ethical, just business practices. Reviews are private and not made public. All Relative Humanity business members are given the opportunity to defend a complaint and all complaints will be carefully reviewed and fact-checked for validity.*
*Reviews and scores are provided to our members privately and are not posted publicly. Our members use this information for internal measurement of success and betterment of processes.
