At Relative Humanity LLC, we choose to have the courage to tackle tough conversations and make difficult choices, secure in the knowledge that we are committed to making the best positive choice. At times this will mean doing more than simply what is expected. 

OUR MISSION
Our mission is to spotlight the dynamic of humankind as we connect small business and communities to engage in increasing relative humanity, in order to have safe spaces for everyone to be who they are without fear of prejudice.

TO OUR COMMUNITY
Relative Humanity LLC will use profits to support a local community program or activity and as we grow we propose to find national and then international programs to support, within the locations of our business presence.

Our program includes the following options to support the community:

    • Community outreach.  Finding and knowing the community for most effective participation.
    • Volunteering time to a local cause.
    • Financial support as a philanthropic effort or sponsoring a fund-raising event.

We will encourage Employees, Contractors, and Others that collaborate within our business to engage with the community by way of our program or their personal connection.

 

COMPLIANCE
Relative Humanity LLC shall be subject to all laws, present and future, of any government having jurisdiction over Relative Humanity LLC. It is the intention of Relative Humanity LLC that all business practices shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

 

ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY  

 

Our company recognizes the need to protect the natural environment. Keeping our environment clean and unpolluted is a benefit to all. We’ll always follow best practices when disposing garbage and using chemical substances. Stewardship will also play an important role.

Apart from legal obligations, our company will proactively protect the environment. Examples of relevant activities include:

    • Recycling
    • Conserving energy
    • Using environmentally-friendly technologies

OUR SUPPLIER CODE
Relative Humanity LLC takes the time to research suppliers so we may join supply chain networks that support human living rights and animal living rights and environmental sustainability. 

It is an ongoing effort for improvement, as there is an almost endless tap of business, laboratory, farm, and human activity involved in every item used, consumed or sold during our day of work.

It is at times overwhelming, though a task we are taking on, one step and then the next.

We aim to meet the following standards (which we will continue to improve, detail and define), and to work with vendors (companies or individuals that we hire to provide products or services to us) that:

    • Value diversity and good working conditions for all people at all levels, to include a safe working environment, a living wage and work hours, and equal opportunity.
    • Adhere to the international laws regarding Human Rights, to include Human Trafficking, Child Labor, Forced Labor, and Modern Slavery, Bribery, Corruption, and Anti-Boycott.
    • Execute a robust Corporate/Business Social Responsibility Policy and internal processes to qualify and audit the supply chain vendors, to include:
      • Environmental sustainability and animal rights/protections in the supply chain.
      • Recycling, waste management, and waste reduction, clean water and sanitation in the supply chain.
      • Create marketing campaigns that are ethical and contribute to social and environmental sustainability

We created the Relative Humanity symbol to communicate a drum beat for change and the evolution of human rights by signifying a human friendly space.  We hope to keep the human race awake on the subject of diversity and inclusion and environmental sustainability.
